Payment
Galleri Berthelsen accepts online payments via Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, or MobilePay.
Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
When paying with Visa Electron or Mastercard Debit—which are debit cards—the payment amount will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we either capture or decline the payment.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark – Kroner (DKK)
ViaBill – You can choose to use ViaBill when shopping with us. Information about ViaBill.
Galleri Berthelsen uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using the SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by outside parties.
Galleri Berthelsen’s own website also uses SSL protocol encryption.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1–3 business days.
Delivery area: We only deliver goods within Denmark.
Galleri Berthelsen ships goods via the following methods: Pickup, GLS – Business, GLS – Private, GLS – Parcel Shop.
We offer free shipping on all orders.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without delivery” or “with delivery”.
You will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal for goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You are responsible for any return costs.
Notice of your decision to withdraw must be given to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and the item(s) must be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your exercise of the right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to kontakt@galleriberthelsen.dk, including the completed standard withdrawal form (see the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive only a portion of the purchase price—or nothing at all—in return. It is up to Galleri Berthelsen to assess the condition of the item.
Right to make a claim
A two-year right to make a claim regarding defects applies to products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This right covers all defects in software, materials, and workmanship.
Claims regarding defects or deficiencies must be notified to Galleri Berthelsen within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A period of up to two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Galleri Berthelsen covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Claims sent via cash-on-delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
Customer and Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.
To enter into an agreement with Galleri Berthelsen, we need the following information:

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.
Personal data is recorded by Galleri Berthelsen and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this always takes place with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is being collected and why.
The director and employees of Galleri Berthelsen have access to the information registered about you.

Complaint procedures
In the event of a complaint, please provide our email address (kontakt@galleriberthelsen.dk) and the website where you purchased the item.
Complaints regarding a product or service may be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Nævnenes Hus complaints portal (Link).
For residents of the EU, complaints must be submitted via the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
