Ordering and payment

All our prices shown on the website are incl. Danish VAT and other taxes. (OBS is currently VAT-free, but will be imposed as soon as the turnover reaches a certain height). The prices are daily prices.

The price at the time of ordering is the current price for the purchase. Heidi’s Kreatvitet reserves the right for printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes as well as out-of-stock items and delivery failures from our suppliers.

With Anyday, you can split your payment. You pay the first installment when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following three months. Anyday is free for you, provided you make your payments on time. With Anyday, you get an account that you can use at any online store offering payment via Anyday. Order

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation. Should you not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, you should contact us. You will also receive a new email on the same day that your order is dispatched. When you shop with Heidi’s creativity, agreements are made in Danish. Payment

We offer several payment methods. The most secure option—and the one we recommend to all customers—is paying by payment card.

We accept the following card types:

Online card payment

When paying by electronic payment card, the amount is only deducted when the goods have been dispatched. Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. This means that your card information cannot be read by outsiders. When you shop with a payment card, we reserve the right to check whether the personal information provided is true. We can write down the amount paid at any time – if, for example a product is sold out or not wanted anyway. But for security reasons, we can NEVER increase the approved amount.

Delivery time

We have all displayed items in stock and ship orders within 24 hours, resulting in a delivery time of 4–5 days. Orders are always processed in the order they are received. Consequently, delivery times may be longer during sales, birthday promotions, or similar events; any such delays will be indicated on the website.

Shipping costs

Our shipping rates vary, offering different options based on how you wish to receive your package. You can choose between delivery “without home delivery” (e.g., to a pickup point) or “with home delivery.” A tracking number will always be provided, allowing you to follow your order from our warehouse to the agreed delivery location.

Returns and right of withdrawal

When you shop at Heidi’s creativity, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. However, this does not apply to order drawings.

Terms for ordering drawings. If you decide to cancel after paying the deposit, you will still be charged for work already commenced, and a portion of the deposit will be refunded based on the stage reached in the drawing process. Should you not be satisfied with the final result, we will discuss an individual solution.

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent via email no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

After receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine their nature, characteristics, and the way they function.

You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may try out the item in the same way as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it “used,” which means that if you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive only a small portion or none of the purchase price back, depending on the item’s commercial value. We consider used items to have no commercial value.

In the case of a straightforward return or exchange, you will bear the cost of the return shipment; however, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery, and upon return, you are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packed.

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept delivery of the goods without simultaneously providing us with clear notification of this.

Complaint

Naturally, a 24-month right to make a claim regarding defects applies in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. This means that, depending on the specific circumstances, you may have the item repaired or exchanged, receive a refund, or obtain a price reduction. Damage to the item resulting from mishandling by the customer is not covered by this right. Any claims regarding defects or deficiencies must be reported to Heidi’s kreativitet within a reasonable time after receipt of the item; a period of up to two months is considered reasonable, unless otherwise agreed.

If the claim is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

We require the following information when items are returned. Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible. Please note: We do not accept packages sent via cash on delivery or similar methods. Remember that the item must always be returned in secure packaging.

Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information or disclose your personal information to others; it is recorded solely in our customer database. You may have your information deleted at any time upon request. To enter into an agreement with us at Heidi’s Kreativitet, we require the following information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you correctly. The personal data is registered with Heidi’s kreativitet and stored for up to five years, after which it is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this always takes place with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is being collected and why. The director and employees of Heidi’s Kreativitet have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store customer information in encrypted form. We do not transmit customer information in encrypted form.

Regarding the data held by Heidi’s kreativitet, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. You hold these rights under the Personal Data Act; inquiries regarding this matter should be directed to Heidi’s kreativitet via email at Kontakt@heidi-kreativitet.dk.

Cookies

At Heidi’s creativity, cookies are used with the aim of optimizing the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time. How this is done depends on your browser.

Log statistics

We use log statistics for Heidi’s kreativitet. This is a statistical system that collects information providing a statistical overview of the number of visitors, where they come from, where they leave the website, etc. The log statistics are used solely for the purpose of optimizing Heidi’s kreativitet.
